The big adventure is over! It was the trip of a lifetime and something our family will hopefully remember forever.
The MARS team would like to say a huge thank-you to all of those who helped make our trip extra special.

Thanks John and Tanya, Fiona and Wayne and Kev and Kathy for picking us up, dropping us off, running us around, giving us your advice, feeding us and hosting us in your homes. You guys were awesome and were three special highlights in our 6 weeks away. We very much appreciate it. Cheers.
See you all when you return home for summer, and we'll catch up over a Mac's and a barbie.

- Following the success of the 50th Epic, a 51st adventure was always on the cards... so after lots of thinking and discussions the concept of the 'Cape to Cape' was born. THE CAPE TO CAPE This year's adventure will take us across the NI of NZ from East Cape to Cape Egmont, hence the name... clever aye! The main difference this time is that I'll have company and we'll be running, road cycling, mountain biking and kayaking from east to west across our beautiful country. The route is very picturesque and will be challenging in parts. Our days will be quite a bit longer and involve multiple disciplines every day. It's going to be great. Check out the posting with the schedule and the map and I'll update it with photos and a diary as we go....
